Save the Date for 2027 APCE

Pastors, Commissioned Pastors, Christian educators, youth ministry workers, and volunteers (definitely volunteers!),

Join us in Stumptown, Rip City, PDX—or whatever nickname you know Portland by—as we gather to explore a question that speaks to the heart of Christian education: Can These Bones Live?: Rediscovering What Matters.

From January 27–30, 2027, the APCE Annual Event invites educators, pastors, leaders, and seekers to gather either in person at the Marriott Downtown Waterfront in Portland, Oregon, or online through the Annual Event Online experience.

Inspired by Ezekiel’s vision of dry bones, we’ll journey together through the breath, sinews, flesh, and spirit of Christian education—asking honest questions about what gives life to our ministries, what sustains our calling, and what God is renewing for the future. Each day will invite us to rediscover what truly matters as we serve Christ in a changing world.

Registration and scholarship information will be available soon, but for now, save the dates—January 27–30, 2027—and plan to join us for this meaningful time of worship, learning, connection, and renewal.
