WHAT: WARP’D Youth Retreat (Weekend Activity Retreat in Palo Duro)
WHO: Middle and High School Youth (Grades 6-12)
WHEN: Saturday, February 11, 2023 – 9 am to 5 pm
COST: Zero! Zip! Nada! Zilch!
THEME: “Every Living Creature” (Genesis 9:12) Led by the Austin College ACtivators and the Rev. Dr. John Williams
WHERE: Meet at Covenant Presbyterian, Lubbock (4600 48th Street)
For those needing to arrive Friday evening (8 pm or after), bring sleeping bags. Showers are available; bring your own towel & toiletries.
Meals, snacks, tea, and water provided: Saturday breakfast (for overnighters), lunch, supper. Supper will be portable for those who need to leave immediately upon the retreat’s conclusion. Others are welcome to stay, eat, and visit with the ACtivators.

**Each congregation’s youth must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult

NOTE: Submission of this form constitutes permission for presbytery representatives at the retreat to obtain emergency medical care for a participant if needed. Submission of this form also serves as pledge that all participants, youth and adults, will conduct themselves as beloved children of God who respect others and host congregational property. Failure to comply with this expectation may mean early departure from the retreat.
